WOMAN WHO THRIVES
An evidence-informed approach to women’s wellbeing, resilience and personal growth
The programme brings together psychological knowledge, reflective practices, experiential learning, creativity and facilitated social connection to support women's wellbeing, resilience and personal agency.
Rather than telling participants who they should become, the programme creates a structured space to explore:
Who am I becoming?
What has changed?
What resources do I have?
What can I influence?
What support do I need?
What choices are available to me?
The programme combines individual reflection with connection and community, recognising that wellbeing is shaped not only by our internal resources but also by our relationships, environments and sense of belonging.
Woman Who Thrives is envisioned as a developing platform for research-informed practice, community engagement and knowledge exchange, with potential for workshops, community programmes, organisational wellbeing initiatives, educational resources and research-based evaluation.
